Multi values

Some osm tags contain multiples values (usually separated by ;).
We could add this information to index.json to warn apps or help them to managed correctly multiples value.

Note: Some apps generate multiples suffixed tags (_1, _2, … or :1, :2, …) because tag values are limited to 255 characters.

Now that OpenStreetMap website use tag2link rules, it will be even more interesting, especially for panoramax:* keys.
