We should keep the dependencies uptodate.

We need a GitHub check workflow doing basic checks.
Then, we can activate dependabot
Then, we can acitvate automerge - see https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/blob/main/.github/workflows/automerge.yml for a working workflow

As a result, the dependencies would always be updated.
