config_flow deprecated

When (re)configuring the integration, a warning is shown in homeassistant.log:

2025-01-08 00:22:03.190 WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.helpers.frame] Detected that custom integration 'entsoe' sets option flow config_entry explicitly, which is deprecated at custom_components/entsoe/config_flow.py, line 253: self.config_entry = config_entry. This will stop working in Home Assistant 2025.12, please create a bug report at https://github.com/JaccoR/hass-entso-e/issues

Which points at deprecated code for configuration of the integration. Will lead to integration not working from december 2025.

@guydl012 I think you should post this as a seperate issue. Your issue has nothing to do with deprecated code having effect at the end of the year. Your issue happens NOW.

I know. I was wondering if there was no typo between 2025**.12** and 2025**.1.2** which could explain this.
But if you do not have the issue now (actually since yesterday 00:00 UTC), I shall indeed post it elsewhere.

EDIT: indeed general problem for some countries.
