Tinker Toys Questline: Obsidian

The Tinker Toys questline implies that Obsidian pickaxe-head is the 'recommended' next step in upgrading your tools.
However, Obsidian pickaxe-heads are disabled (as stated in previous commits; this was due to how early it allows access to nether ores). The specific wording:
"Obsidian tools start at Obsidian level and can be leveled to platinum."
Compare with the next unlocked quest:
"Diamond level is different. This level lets you mine the things you need to make the next level, but you can't make tools out of diamond."
Note that all quests preceding Obsidian are materials that can be used to make pickaxe-heads with the exception of Redstone, which it deliberately calls out as 'Redstone-level' rather than 'Redstone' tools.

Recommended fix: Either re-enable Obsidian pickaxe-heads or reword Obsidian quest text to more explicitly state that you cannot make a pickaxe out of Obsidian.
