Bug Report

Help commands not shown in game server

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Use the command /help in server console or in game

The issue seems to have sorted itself after leaving the server alive for 24h but happens consistently on fresh launch

Client Information

Not relevant

Modpack Version: (2.0.6)-Server
Server/LAN/Single Player: Server

Java version in log 1.8_292 the error still occurs in the recommended java version 1.8_321
