Launcher icon not found bug?

I'm using the newest ActionBarSherlock release and many of my Android 2 users experience a fatal crash with this trace.

I tried cleaning the project and some other things but the bug keeps appearing. I'm using one library project with some Activity's. And 4 other projects use this library.

Important thing to notice is that the app works fine on the emulator. I'm also using proguard.

I found some topics covering this crash but no working solutions.
