Project duration both in yml and projects file #3

The project duration currently appears in both the yml and the projects file.
The one in the projects file is currently unused. Change this behaviour to the following:

  • Per default, use the duration form the projects file
  • Get rid of the current yml file parameter
  • If need be, introduce an optional parameter project_duration_overwrite in the yml file (but only do so if it's actually needed)
