[Feature Request] Enable/Disable tweaks via chat command

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Certain tweaks are enabled/disabled very frequently, namely Auto Queue and Enhanced Duty Start/End Options. For example, whenever someone wants to chain queue for Crystalline Conflict you would want those tweaks enabled, and disabled at all other times. Right now, this requires an excessive amount of menuing.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see chat commands such as /automaton autoqueue enable or /automaton advancedduty disable to be implemented. This would allow us to toggle these with a macro or from other contexts (SND script, Umbra custom button, etc) easily.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Another alternative that is strongly desired is a whitelist for the auto-leave duty option. Certain duties are best to auto leave all the time (PvP duties, tank farm, etc), while you want to avoid auto leaving in the vast majority of cases. This would remove the need to constantly toggle the "Enhanced Duty Options" tweak.

A toggle would still be desired for auto-queue, though!
