There are two versions of the Oh-My-Posh application after a Winget update #6028

@litmowise this is a winget bug. When using upgrade it doesn't respect the previously used scope and installs system wide. You can see this because it pops UAC, which install (default to user) doesn't do. I created an issue on their end.
