Cannot use compatibility mode and therefore cannot use mouse wheel to change skills.

The mod doesn't let the game start in windows xp serv pack 2 compatibility mode which is what you need in order for you to be able to use and assign the mouse wheel at all using any version of Diablo 2 LoD 1.13. Cannot use any button to scroll through your skills pretty much limiting the use of the mouse. This is a huge cut to the quality of life of playing D2 since it already has such limited controls. Also, there is no quick cast like in D2R so you cannot just press a button to cast a skill and thus using the mouse wheel is a must. I'm basically having to use a much inferior glide wrapper (sven's) because of this one thing.
