Performance issues

Running this image on a HyperV server with about 2000 services. The CPU is stressed by the container, compared to a linux VM running Nagios with 18000 services that runs without any issues. Full 32 cores allocated
How is the experience with this container and a lot of services?

When running local on a Intel i5 based Dell laptop, the same configuration runs just fine
