When I look at the contact form or home page, if the screen size changes without a page refresh, then the canvas element in Background.jsx does not change

This needs fixing asap

added temp fix by changing the width and height of t canvas to be the same as a full desktop screen resolution but this doesnt take into account screen sizes over 1920 * 1080px

still have issue with the responsiveness of the canvas element, need a deeper look at this soon
