In this part of llm class code errors are propagated further

        except RequestFailedException as e:
            self.dump_history(Path("err_dump.txt"))
            raise e

As a results, failures of this type can occur:

Server errorServer error: Error response from Anthropic: Overloaded

So, verification of file fails immediately.
