Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Please see discussion in #2586.

Apparently keyframes are not supported because it's expected that kotlin-css will be generating inline css only. However, it's trivial to adapt the (very flexible) kotlin-css to generate classes.

Please support keyframes in the dsl. Thanks!
