Same problem, fedora 40 KDE system, connects to the same server on the mobile client normally.

This issue is almost a year old. Outline Client is unusable with many Linux iterations, or so it looks. What makes things worse, regular non-VPN connection does not work even after you kill Outline client. Only reboot helps, as mentioned by Kadzuo. Moreover, because Outline Client adds itself to auto-start programs every time it starts, you need to reboot twice if you forget to remove the client from the auto-start list. |
Yes, the bug is terrible and the outline vpn client is absolutely unusable on Ubuntu because of this issue. |

When I connect to the server, the application constantly tries to reconnect. Although it does not affect the network.
