不太好检测，因为目前想要实现的是单键的快捷键，但是单键实际上本身就是冲突的，所以判断会一直是占用状态

这是另外的功能了，跟这个软件本身的快捷键没啥关系。
想要的效果是用户按出冲突的快捷键，我们这边显示哪个软件在用这个快捷键。
