Tuya temperature/humidity sensor TZ3000_bjawzodf/TY0201 not adding

I bought two Tuya temp/hum sensors but trying to add them to the Tuya zigbee app they come up as unknown zigbee device. I then red in issue #1005 to install the test app instead. after installing version 0.2.73 I managed to get 1 installed after many tries but the second one will not install

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. ad device
2. Click on 'tuya zigbee'
3. Scroll down to first round lcd temp and hum sensor
4. click install
5. put device in pairing mode( starts blinking)
6. App starts adding device (device stops blinking
7. something went wrong try again error or sometimes lost communication error

Expected behavior

device being added to Homey.

Homey Pro (Early 2019)

0.2.73?
