An ingenious project with a great future.
I am convinced of that.

What possibilities are there to get a functioning HUD projector?

Kivic HUD projector is not available especially not in Europe.
Are there new possibilities for a head-up display?
(Kickstarter?)

Same problem. Kivic is gone it seems. Not finding it under any other brand either. 😔
