Scale per plant

We need a way of knowing what temperature a given plant should be maintained at.
Same goes for the other readings.
Ideally we'd have a set of numbers which are bad (too low), good (a little low), ideal, good (a little high), bad (too high) or something like that.
Where would we get this information from!?
