LuauLSP Plugin Rewrite

In between bordem and some frustration with how the current Plugin works, I rewrote the whole thing. Will eventually make a pull request into the main repo, but want to implement a WidgetUI for Settings before doing so.

Changes:

• You can now edit the full URL endpoint instead of just the port. I use VSC in a browser, and thus needed to point to an address other than localhost.
• Settings persist across Studio sessions. Even saves the state the Settings module was in so you don't have to remember what you set everything to last.
• Otherwise, mimics the exact functionality of the current Plugin.

Ideas and thoughts appreciated.
