[Permission] User is disabled to create payment with permission

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the colony https://arbitrum-sepolia.colony.io/invite/345/3de70ac0-bff1-4fc9-9c72-10081917bd50
2. Check the permission page.

3. Try to create any payment with permission.

Expected behaviour

• User can create advanced, split, and staged payment with permission.

Actual behaviour

• User is disabled to create advanced, split, and staged payment with permission.

@olgapod I was not able to reproduce by following the steps. As the screenshot shows a different user/team, can you provide a recording of the issue?
