Games Left To Idle Then Signout?

Says 13 games left to idle and 32 card drops remaining.

The games will idle for maybe a hour or more sometimes less I will get a number of cards then it will tell me there is no more card drops.

Then I go play one of the games I had idled and end up getting dropped cards.

I log back into the program and it will tell me I have a bunch of games to idle and card drops remaining.

The fact it has to login with steamLoginSecure and sessionid is making me think its booting me from the logged in session. but not signing me out of the program.
