Tiles made by Windows own system, and by Tileiconifier AUTOMATICALLY seem to both have Jump lists - allowing you to view recent documents in a program that is pinned:
Seems that Build Custom Shortcut tiles don't.
Seeing as how Build Custom Shortcut tiles are the way we can keep the images from resetting, is there any known way of getting the jump lists to ALSO work with Build Custom Shortcut tiles?
Sincerely,
Ker

I finally gave up completely on TileIconifier and rebuilt my Start menu from scratch using Stardock's Start11. It solves the issue with icons reverting to default icons after an update and also provides Jump lists with right click on the start menu. The only thing missing is the ability to size and move the position of the icon in the tile. Although convenient, its very easy to make these changes using icon design software. I personally use Photoshop Elements and Icofx 3 to design icons. Start11 is available from Stardock for $5.99, a very reasonably priced solution. There is a 30-day free trial if you want to check it out. Happy Iconing!
