Struggling with installation

Hello, so I really need to get this up and running but I'm struggling with the installation.
I followed the installation guide but it's lacking quite a lot of details on how to properly install.
I have my Python path variables set, and my credentials set. I went through installing every package it needed but now I keep getting:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'taisun.comments_utils'

I can't find a way to fix this one. I have the entire root folder open in vscode and I run both: poetry run Urs.py --check and python Urs.py --check and the give the same error

Seems like I fixed it in a weird way!
Apparently, the documentation shows three different ways to run things, poetry run Urs.py --check is quite popular in the documentation but it doesn't work, python Urs.py --check is listed too but doesn't work, but poetry run python Urs.py --check works but is not written anywhere and is only in the images/gifs.
