Headless problems with v14

Im actually using hdmi dongle to be headless, randomly something crashes when connected via remote desktop. SSH and other stuff is working after crash exept RDP. RDP "crash" everytime few minutes after every reboot :(
what can it be, looks like display is getting off , why? 439 seconds on dmesg crash below:
