Jellyfin Hardware Acceleration

Given Hardware Acceleration is only enabled on the desktop version, would JellyFin work if I were to set it up in a docker container?

I've noticed I'm unable to get it working on armbian, and I'm unsure what interface to use.

Would this distro work, either through ffmpe, OpenGL, or V4L on Jellyfin somehow? I've noticed that Kodi is working but unsure how it translates.
