Add taglist sorting by creation date

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now there is an option to set default sorting by alpha and num. I'd like to have an option to sort by creation date by default.

Expand TAGLIST_ORDER to accept date-asc and date-desc

Hi, I forgot this one, as I said in #315 (comment) I'm not fan of sorting by date since it'as a per page basis. If I add the support of date-asc and date-desc users with many tags may think that the order does not work since the first order will always be by tag.
