AWS SQS documentation states JSON is returned while AWS.jl returns XML #662

Mostly a curiosity but I noticed the AWS SQS documentation states that the service returns JSON but the AWS.jl SQS service returns XML responses (e.g. SQS.get_queue_url)

I vaguely remember that there's some flag you can set to switch from XML to JSON but that's just off the top of my head...
