Can I use this package with Apple Accelerate?

I am currently trying to expose some Apple accelerate methods (like https://developer.apple.com/documentation/accelerate/1450422-vdsp_mtransd?language=objc) to be used in Julia, and I am wondering if this package fits such task. I know people are using Libdl to interact with native functions, but how would this package benefit in this application. Any insights or comments are welcomed!
