Macros from ingredients are not reactive #11

If I have some notebook A.jl that defines a macro, uses of that macro in the same notebook are reactive to changes.
However, when I use notebook A.jl as an ingredients for another notebook B.jl changes to the macro are not reactive in notebook B.jl.
