Description

Allow admins to delete chapters.

Specification

  1. Remove all associated user-requests for a chapter
  2. Remove ChapterID from every members
  3. Remove chapter-request
  4. Delete all associated seniors + files from the database
  5. Unshare the chapter's folder from the user

We don't need to delete the folders on Google Drive, as it will be good for archiving.
