We've gotten a number of emails in the fall from nonprofits and groups that would like to work with us on a project. Unfortunately, it seems that many of these emails are sent with the expectation that we can start development on these projects immediately, while for us it only makes sense to start projects in September at the beginning of the school year. This confusion is understandable as there is not much information about our development cycle publicly available, especially in a prospective client-facing form.

Add a "Partnering With Us" section to the website that provides this information for nonprofits who are looking at us for a potential partnership. A "Nonprofits" item on the navbar should link to this section.

Eboard came up with the following as text for the section (feel free to change any part if you feel it could be worded better):

"JumboCode works with a set of nonprofit organizations across a wide variety of domains each school year. In general, we begin the development of our projects in September and target May for delivering a finished product. Our client selection process ramps up in April and we try to solidify partnerships around mid August. Partner nonprofits for a given school year are selected based on a variety of factors, including the impact of the project on the organization and how well the project's scope aligns with our development timeline and capabilities. If your organization has interest in a potential partnership, contact us at [email protected] and we can begin a conversation about a project that makes sense for both parties"
