Leblender to BlockGrid

We are currently in the process of migrating a LeBlender site to the Blockgrid and we don't seem to making the headway we need too and possibly there is a gap in our knowledge of what the best course of action is as the grid converts, but its the LeBlender data types which seem to be an issue.

So we have the following data type:

Is this just a matter of creating a migration for each LeBlender property type and converting it to the element type? Does anyone have an idea what sort of shape that would look like?
