Contribution History Not Refreshing

Quite often none of the widgets will update even after pressing the update info button on the iPhone app or force touching the watch app and pressing refresh.

At first, I thought the not refreshing issue was because of "Network Permission" and only occurs in mainland China (see ref). If widgets still won't update even outside China, it may be a bug in my background fetch code 🤔. I will check it later after finishing my school exams. Thanks for the report.

No worries, I will have a look into it myself, and put in a pull request if i get time. I am based out of Australia if that makes any difference. Love the app - just sometimes find I have to do too many manual updates.

@JohnClema Hi, I wonder if you can help me test the last commit which I added local notification and adjusted background fetch interval to 1800s. If you want to test the new version, you can give me your email and I will add it to testflight list. 🤗
