💬 기능 설명

대출 불가 도서(이미 대출중인 도서)에 대해서 예약하는 기능
회장 + 부회장 + 사서에 한에서 대출중인 책의 대출 기한을 수정할 수 있다

☑️ TODO

반납일 수정 API
- 대출중/반납대기 상태의 책의 한에서만 반납일 수정 가능
- 그 외에 반납 날짜에 대한 validation은 추후 기획의 변경에 따라서 타이트하게 변경될 수 있겠다고 판단하여 넣지 않았습니다.
대출 불가 도서 예약 기능
- 고민중...
