Typo in C282

There is a typo in the English definition of C282 - from should be form.

Also, should all of the definitions somehow mention ⲟⲩⲱϩ? e.g. "particle, reduced form of perfect participle of ⲟⲩⲱϩ"?

Crum 24a says:

qual of ⲟⲩⲱϩ as verbal particle in rel perf clause, in both numbers & persons
