Interactive map cannot be operated

The main problem for me right now is that contrary to the user manual point 9.1. "Visualization of 2D geodata with SVG" the read data cannot be operated interactively. So I can e.g. neither activate the interactive evaluation with a left click nor use the navigation area. I tried different browsers (Google Chrome, Edge and Firefox) without success. All other functions are working as intented.

Den Fehler kann ich bestätigen. Auf 2 verschiedenen Systemen mit diversen Browsern, wird die generierte SVG "nur" statisch dargestellt. Die Navigation rechts fehlt komplett.
Meine Fehlersuche ergab, dass JavaScript an diesem Befehl hängen bleibt: svgElem=bplan.getElementById("karte");
