Some songs cannot be played, the log show "TrackNotFoundError"

Current Behavior

I know there is this problem in Issues. I saw that 3.8.3 fixed this problem, but I still have this problem when I use 3.8.3. Some can play, but some can't.

Expected Behavior

play all songs normally

Steps to reproduce

For example, in the chart playlist “Top Songs Taiwan”, most of the songs in it cannot be played, only a few can be played.
