The right wheel encoder is not working.
Based on the information from the webpage (https://wiki.seeedstudio.com/Grove-Infrared_Reflective_Sensor/), the LED light on the wheel encoder should be on when the sensor is close to a white surface, and off otherwise. The one on the right does not work, even after adjusting the potentiometer.
When running the wheel encoder in ROS, when echoing the topic "/lli/encoder", there are no readings from the right side (i.e. always 0).
