Do you get the same issue if you restart a device through pressing G -> R in the ncurses display? |

Yup, I've got another user reporting the same issue. It seems to happen when the GPU dies, not when it's restarted. I'm guessing the GPU device information is somehow reset when it dies. I'm guessing it's an older issue. I might be able to fix it, but there's no ETA on it. |

No worries, go with what works for you. I can see from the screenshot that it's an older version, do you remember/know which date it is from? |

@Kalroth you might like veox/sgminer@f2f2bce for easier versioning in bugreports. It is not perfect, but gets the job done. |
There's not much to say, easilty reproducable by undervolting a card too much.
