  • add output with coverage pairs associated with smudge assignments (Sam, Kamil)
  • create module for extarcting k-mers (Gene)
  • test the module (Kamil)
  • create interfact for the module (Kamil)
  • test how well it can serve as a QC metric (Nathan)
  • implement a clean version
