Kappy release for Python 3.8 missing executables

I saw on https://pypi.org/project/kappy/4.0.94/#files that whl files were added (probably by @pirbo ) for Python 3.8 (e.g., kappy-4.0.94-cp38-cp38-manylinux2010_x86_64.whl) but I found that these are missing the executables like KaSimAgent. You can see from the file size that while most other whl files are in the 6-9MB size range, these are ~16KB only. Would it be possible to update the release with whl files that contain the executables? Thanks a lot!

Sorry again :-) In the end, we'll release a version 4.1 "before the end of the month"© and we'll do a version of python3.8 at that time
