I miss epub/ebook Reader/Reading Settings for all books as defalt or with possible save this settings for all books (merge, tap pagination, etc.), it seems to work for each book separately, - if I open another new book, I have to do the whole book setup process again. Or am I doing something wrong?

Not in global admin settings but under user settings...
