Hypatia mostly recently reported "26h 30m"(round restarts are currently at 24h ~8m) and later when I new round start occurred started at "-1h -1m" before correcting to "0h 1m" so something funky is going on here.

I believe Hypatia before round restart was just lagging behind causing round time to not be synced with the time in which the round has started. The -1 -1m is still probably an issue
