A single prior works on a multiple variable function

I can create a Gaussian prior with one mean and one variance and Oktopus will still run when passed a function with three variables. It didn't work horribly either. It probably shouldn't do this.

What's happening currently: if the user passes only one prior, then that prior is applied to all parameters.
