Applications

Feature to start an application process to join the minecraft server
Scope:

Automagically register a new channel
Create a validated google form that can be posted
Implement a database structure for storing & configuring this
Automagically create a poll
TTL for apps (i.e an app can only last for 14 days before it's closed)
