“Pre-orchestrator” mode

What about adding a pre-mode for the orchestrator that analyzes in the background all project files, the GitHub repo, previous commits, etc., and keeps everything in memory?
This would allow the orchestrator to build a more complete contextual understanding before performing any task or command.
Maybe too complex for now, but it could greatly improve coherence and execution speed.
