breaking changes

将在接下来一周中的某个更新中实施该计划
这个计划的目标是消除GsCore下插件GenshinUID无前缀导致 配置不方便/插件命令混乱 的历史遗留问题

  • 为所有gsuid的命令添加gs前缀
  • 可通过网页控制台修改前缀（可改为空）

点了保存，刷新页面开关又变回默认的了
