Add some way to save progress

Context

I have just realised it is incredibly easy to accidentally refresh the page on mobile. I would like to either disable the 'pull down to refresh' or have some way to store progress in the browser cache (if that's possible)

Thoughts / Challenges

I have no clue how to approach this. Will require research
