The github-pages deployment of the repo Documentation has great potential to make it more accessible and user-friendly.
However, several of the links on the front page (generated from the master README.md) are broken and point to unformatted markdown versions of the target files instead of generated html versions.
Solution
The reason for the error is that these links have been coded as html instead of markdown, This is a a pretty easy fix and I should have a PR in soon.
